The meeting was called to order by President Mike Zink at 6:00 p.m. Meeting was held over Zoom Conference Call.

    • Seminary Shared Street Project-Survey
    • Best to do traffic study once building is complete on corner as well as when baseball is in season

    • Christmas Tree pickup will be January 9 & 10
    • Be sure to get packages delivered at times when people are home, package theft is an increasing issue around the holidays
    • 3440 N Broadway development can be viewed on 44th.org, please comment to 44th office

  • Treasurer’s Report
    • Currently around $31,000.00
    • Planning to distribute funds to charity
  • Crime Update
    • Be aware of package thefts
    • Car jackings still an issue, be vigilant
