House of the Good Shepherd has served disadvantaged and marginalized women in Chicago for over 150 years. Through personalized comprehensive services, House of the Good Shepherd promotes healing and recovery for survivors of domestic violence and enables them to achieve independence and self-sufficiency, while restoring the belief in every woman and child that they are worthwhile and deserve to live a life free from violence and poverty.
