The meeting was called to order by President Mike Zink at 6:01 pm, over Zoom.

- 46th Ward Update James Cappleman
- Mask mandate will be ending Feb 28th
- 640 W Irving Park Road does not have any updates, but they will now have to have another community meeting to move forward
- 19th district CAPS office has crime updates
- Homeless encampment in Uptown may be the biggest in the city.
- Ward maps redrawing will most likely go to a referendum and will be very costly. June 28th will be the vote on the referendum
- 44th Ward Update Calvin Cottrell
- Annual Wrigley Field meeting will be March 3rd over zoom.
- 19th District will be hosting a vaccine drive this Wednesday.
- Looking for community feedback on Waveland being a one way east bound street from Sheffield to Whole Foods Parking lot entrance.
- Congressman Quigley – Yoni Pizer
- Ukraine, Russia is invading Ukraine there are no break away regions, there is only Ukraine. Congressman believes that strict sanctions are very important.
- Act for ALS has been signed, a bill that Congressman Quigley was the sponsor of.

- Winterland ended this past weekend.
- Traffic operations meeting around ballpark meeting coming up. Look for the information on the Alderman’s web sites.

- Cubs charities are doing a 5th year of the school all-star grant. A matching grant of up to $25,000.

- Not many expenses since the beginning of the year.
- Payment for sculpture will be due soon along with picking out a sculpture location.
- Board election is at the next meeting. Currently 8 spots open for 8 Candidates.
