October 24, 2023 Meeting Agenda
Our Agenda for the October 24 meeting is below. But before you get to that, I want to let you know that I have decided to run for the newly opened judicial seat in our new 20th subcircuit (a district for electing judges). This unfortunately means that I will have to step down from the ELVN Board, as our Bylaws wisely prohibit a candidate for elected office from being on the Board. I love our organization, and this was a difficult factor for me in making this decision.
I will continue to be present with the ELVN organization and at the ELVN meetings, and I certainly will help in the transition. As you know, ELVN has tremendous leaders on its Board and I know the transition will be seamless.
Thank you all for your friendship and for your outstanding work with ELVN and in our community. I look forward to continuing to see you and keeping our community vibrant and engaged!
