Meeting called to order at 6:02 p.m.

Reports-Elected Officials

CAPS Update:
- Officer Diaz available to answer questions. Questions regarding recent protests blocking traffic.

CUBS Update
- Heather Way Kitzes noted the Wrigley Field Advisory meeting is set for February 27 at 6:00 p.m. at IAMS.
- 5 concerts scheduled for the summer.
- Opening Day is April 1 with a 1:20 p.m. first pitch.

3627 -3633 North Sheffield Development:
- Nick Fatikas attorney for the developer presented the following information:
  - Plan to demolish existing buildings and build the following:
  - One building, 5 stories, 29 units, parking for 11 cars. This development is TOD given proximity to train.
  - No intention for commercial use or rooftop activities (restricted to tenants only). Rooftop will have private amenities including a pickle ball court.
  - Current zoning: RT4 Seeking: Type 1, B2-3
  - They agree to a restrictive covenant.
- Community asked questions regarding why buildings were being torn down and not renovated. Fatikas answered the buildings are not fully occupied, rooftop business no longer viable and buildings are not in good condition.
- Community asked about make up of units: combination of 1 and 2 bedrooms.
- Timing unknown as to when demolition and construction will start.

Election Committee:
- Brian Murphy, EC Chair, reminded members there are 3 days left to submit nominations for the board of directors’ election on March 26.
