West: N. Clark Street from W. Irving Park Road (IL Route 19) to Addison Street, and the 700 W. demarcation from Addison Street to Belmont Avenue (including both sides of Elaine Place)

Please see the attached flyer for the 2nd Annual Growing Hope Concert from JCC Chicago on September 25, 2024 at Gallagher Way next to Wrigley Field. The events start at 4:30 p.m. with the concert starting at 7:00 with some tremendous talents on stage.
