Special Zoom—July 18, 2024 at 6:00 p.m.

• Call to Order 6:00 by ELVN President Michael Zink
• Purpose of meeting is to give special approval to the Lucky Door Tavern for use of patie.
  • Lucky door is seeking a change to their patio. They have previous operated their patio incorrectly without proper licensing for the area the patio sits on.
  • The patio proposal is met with support from neighbors due to the ongoing business being run well.
  • ELVN Board voters to approve without decent.
