This yearly membership meeting was held on March 25th, 2025 at 6:00 p.m., at the 19th District Police Station Community Room, 850 W. Addison.

  • Board Election
    • 6 Candidates for 5 open positions

      • Brian Murphy
      • John McCarthy

  • Reports-Elected Officials or staff
    • Remember to look at your passports. Passport renewal time is long right now. If need a passport in an emergency please contact Congressman Quigley’s office.
  • Cubs Update
    • Opening Day is right around the corner
    • Expect new street closures for Cubs games
    • The use of the yellow street barricades will be in full effect around the stadium
    • Cubs are going to unveil a Ballard plan for around the stadium in the near future
    • Heather Way Kitzes is resigning from the board and leaving the Chicago Cubs and will no longer be our Cubs update person.

  • New Business/Old Business
    • Terie Kata was not elected to the board. All other candidates were elected.
    • In Closed session Terie Kata was appointed to the board to Fill the now vacant Heather Way Kitzes seat to finish out her term running through March 2026
    • Executive board was formed Brian Murphy, President. John McCarthy Vice President. Erika Caldwell, Secretary. Kit Welch, Treasurer. Patrick Nagle as the 5th.
