Groundbreaking will take place at Kelly Park, 3800 N. Seminary Avenue, on Monday, December 15th, at 1pm. Please join all that have worked to bring this to fruition with the groundbreaking ceremony at Kelly Park. Thank you to all of those on the Kelly Park Advisory Council that have spent the last 9 years working tirelessly to make this day a reality.
