Development Review Meeting

The East Lakeview Neighbors development review meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, May 27th, at 7:00 PM and will be conducted virtually via Zoom. We have a full agenda with three significant neighborhood projects presenting:

7:00 PM: Tryst Hotel (3350 N. Halsted): Presentation of the initial project vision and architectural design for this proposed luxury boutique hotel.
7:30 PM: 665 W. Sheridan: An overview of the new residential development project at this location.
8:00 PM: 1040 W. Belmont: Presentation regarding significant updates and modifications to the mixed-use building proposal, including changes to unit types and parking.

We will be providing time for public comment following each of the three presentations.
